The monthly newspaper is Tijuana-based and gives voice to the issues of the GLBT community on both sides of the border. Funding will be used to improve and increase distribution in Northern Baja California cities such as Tijuana, Mexicali, Ensenada, Tecate and Rosarito plus Spanish-speaking communities in San Diego.
